Aaron Lee Snyder of Columbus, Ohio (and recently Merritt Island, Florida) has a recurring history of violence against women. He was notably caught and arrested after severely beating his then-girlfriend, Rhonda Ianni, known professionally as Ronni Hunter, a popular radio D.J. on Columbus rock station 101.5/99.7 The Blitz.
Snyder was a musician in a local band at the time and continues to be involved in the music scene in the Pataskala area. Despite his public persona, court records indicate he is frequently in and out of relationships with unsuspecting women, where patterns of domestic abuse have been reported to continue.
Multiple charges have racked up over the years, accessible via the Franklin County Ohio Public Access court records. The assault on Ronni Hunter ended with a conviction for Domestic Violence with a suspended sentence in 2012.
By 2016, Snyder was involved in another violent incident. He was arrested for beating a woman but eventually pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of Disorderly Conduct. Records suggest he failed to pay the associated fines and has been known to drive without a valid license.
In 2019, while residing in Buckeye Lake, Ohio, Aaron L. Snyder was arrested and convicted of Criminal Damaging / Endangering. He was ordered by the court to have no contact with the victim, Terry Small. As of the last report, he still owes over $1,000 in legal fees related to this case.
Current reports indicate Snyder has moved to Florida. He continues to attempt to "play house" with new victims who may be unaware of his extensive violent background in Ohio.
Aaron Snyder is a documented woman beater. 'Nuff said.
